Blueberry, White Chocolate and Pine Nut Cookie

Here is a sneak peak of a new cookie coming out pretty soon. It is a Blueberry, White Chocolate and Pine Nut. We are still experimenting with the balance of the flavors, but we are very close! 

The blueberry hits your palette first, followed by the sweet creamy chocolate, then the pine nut opens out, giving you a wonderfully subtle finish.

Can't wait for you to try it!

I know that we are going to get some stick (from the UK) for calling it a cookie not a biscuit, but whatever you choose to call it, I think you're going to like it!
